I am very pleased to introduce two new therapeutic treatments to Lilium Massage Therapies for the summer!

Myofascial Release Therapy is a specialized, sustained-pressure technique that gently stretches and releases restrictions in your connective tissue, restoring flexibility and unlocking deep, stubborn structural tension. This is a wonderful treatment for anyone that suffers from Fibromyalgia, Scoliosis, Osteoarthritis, Chronic back pain and anyone who wants the benefits of a massage but doesn't want the intensive pressure!

Cold Stone Cryotherapy uses chilled marble stones to instantly reduce inflammation, soothe sinus pressure, and alleviate the throbbing aches associated with severe headaches and migraines. I incorporate these into my facial massage treatments and are a great relief from our next heatwaves
